If you find any damages on the items received, please notify us WITHIN 3 days of receiving the items for a Panache store credit. Returns are accepted with our authorization only.
We cannot make any exceptions and any requests falling outside of the 3 day time frame outlined above. After we get your package, you will receive an online store credit which we will apply onto your next purchase. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
In order to receive an authorization number for your damaged items, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receipt of goods with the following information:
- Company Name
- Invoice Number
- Style Number
- Quantity & Color
- Reason for Return
- Claims for any damage must be made within 3 days upon receipt of merchandise with all parts included.
